1. Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order included a discount or promotion, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us with your order details and photos of the issue.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us .


6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, our customer support team will provide the nearest return address and shipping instructions once your return request is approved.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the product was defective or damaged).
